Horde 3.0 – Impact

Gears of War 4‘s PC version was actually one of the better ones that Microsoft has put out for its games- but there was the glaring lack of multi GPU (SLI/Crossfire) setups that seemed to rub a lot of people off the wrong way. Thankfully, that changes with this new update.

The ‘May Update’ offers a brand new map called Dawn, a reimagining of the Security map from Gears of War 2, and, of course, support for multi GPU setups. This means you should now be able to maximize the performance of the gam on your PC- and any inadvertent issues you ran into because of the game’s lack of support for SLI/Crossfire support should now be a thing of the past.

Gears of War 4 launched on the Xbox One and on Windows 10 PCs last year. Make sure to check our review of the game here. Are you excited for the Dual GPU support? Let us know in the comments section.
