Star Citizen

Cloud Imperium Games’ Star Citizen has been updated to version 1.1, marking its most significant update since Arena Commander. Along with two new ships – the Gladius and Retaliator – and their variants, there are numerous ways to access old features.

Some of the new features include 64-bit conversion and a new character rig for improved animations. There’s also a new Landing System (along with ability to request landing permission in Free Flight mode), new Mounts and a new REC system for pilots. You’ll also be able to access Arena Commander in a new way. Each hangar will have a SimPod which will take you to Arena Commander and will allow for access to Star Marine soon enough.

There is a catch though: You’ll need to uninstall the game client, remove any files remaining, reinstall Star Citizen and all of its components from scratch and then apply the patch. Check out the complete patch notes here.
