World of Warcraft Dragonflight

Leading up to the November 28 release of World of Warcraft‘s next expansion, Dragonflight, developer Blizzard Entertainment has released a launch trailer. The CG trailer, titled Take to the Skies, hopes to set the game’s tone for the launch of the expansion. Check it out below.

The trailer kicks off by showing off a race between two dragon riders—a troll and a dwarf. It then goes on to give us a glimpse at the various Dragon Aspects of World of Warcraft‘s setting, before then giving us a look at the new playable Dracthyr Evoker race/class combo.

Alongside adding new content to the game, World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is also going to bring major changes to the core gameplay, with the addition of several new mechanics like dragon riding, and revamped class progression systems.

The expansion is also going to act as a new chapter in World of Warcraft‘s story after the events of the previous expansion, Shadowlands.

World of Warcraft: Dragonflight is coming to PC on November 28, and is available for pre-order.
